Special cupcakes for V Day. Love the hearts sugar sprinkles and red sugar top. Very sweet but hey! It's Valentine's Day, the sweeter, the better to melt the girl's heart.

Any order? Hehe...

The basic cupcake recipe - devil's chocolate cake. I finally succumbed to the temptations and gave in to try one SMALL piece of the cupcake. Gotta 'toot' my own horn [ttoooooooooooott] and say that the cupcake is really moist and not too sweet. Of course the additional bonus is Ms Piggy on chocolate or vanilla cream frostings. Personally, I preferred the chocolate...

Here are the photos of the Christmas Snowman Cupcakes as promised. I think it's too sweet though I didn't even eat one.

Devil's Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Cream frostings, coconut flakes as 'snow' and large marshmallows as snowman. :) Not forgetting M&Ms as hat.

Maple walnut cupcake

Made this yummy cupcake on Sunday. Substituted pecan with walnut and added tons of gooey maple syrup. Topped with maple butter. Very very sinful, but it's so delicious (maybe because I'm a huge fan of maple syrup). Will have to try the rest of the recipes from the book soon. Okie...gotta walk an additional 30mins today.....

Love the assorted blue design. I was experimenting with my icing tools and was trying to figure out which one to use for different styles. I have to show off my new plate and am so happy that I can finally use it for my photoshoot =)
